Tanggung Jawab
- Lead engineering teams for Lease Mall infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and engineering standards
- Coordinate with architects and contractors for seamless project execution

- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical issues

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction projects
- Professional engineering license (PIPI/PPT) certification
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations
- Proven team leadership and project management skills
- Experience in mall or large-scale building projects preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
