We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Staff Engineer to join our team in the vibrant region of Badung, Bali. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Execute timely repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on building equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to resolve issues and minimize disruption.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute facility renovation projects and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory levels of spare parts.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to local safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff or external contractors when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in facilities maintenance or a related technical field.
- Strong working knowledge of building management systems, air conditioning, electrical wiring, and plumbing.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and fix complex technical problems efficiently.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred for site travel and logistics.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions and environments.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
