We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer (Facility Management & Services) to oversee the operations and maintenance of our advanced facility systems in Kulim.
As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of complex utility systems, including the ISO 5 cleanroom environment, chilled water systems, process cooling water systems, exhaust systems, compressed dry air, and process vacuum systems. You will work at the intersection of engineering and operations, ensuring that our facility meets the rigorous standards required for semiconductor and optoelectronic manufacturing.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to lead facility improvement initiatives and ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the ISO 5 cleanroom and surrounding facility infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize the performance of chilled water and process cooling water systems to ensure optimal thermal efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot exhaust systems and compressed dry air networks to prevent downtime.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies within the facility.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all utility systems (vacuum, air, water).
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential operational risks or system failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement facility upgrades and energy-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, engineering maintenance, or cleanroom operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of cleanroom environments (ISO 5 standards) and HVAC systems.
- Proven experience with chilled water systems, process cooling, and vacuum systems.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and facility management software.
