Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee maintenance of all hotel engineering systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment lifespan and operational efficiency
- Lead emergency repair responses and coordinate cross-departmental facility operations
- Manage engineering staff, including task delegation, performance reviews, and skills development
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and international hospitality standards
- Supervise renovation projects and facility upgrades while maintaining operational continuity
- Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and asset management records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel or large-scale facility maintenance engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building automation
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and maintenance projects
- Relevant certifications in safety management (e.g., OHSAS 18001) and energy efficiency
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and technical documentation systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
