- Analyze and maintain complex mold structures to ensure production continuity
- Implement preventive maintenance protocols for mold systems

- Document maintenance activities and improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mold design and maintenance
- Expert knowledge of mold structures, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with production line optimization techniques
- Certification in mold maintenance or engineering preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
