As a Staff Engineer, you will drive the development, optimization, and characterization of advanced dry etch processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and characterization of advanced dry etch processes for next-generation NAND nodes.
- Collaborate with integration teams to optimize etch profiles, selectivity, and uniformity to meet rigorous performance targets.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance process stability, yield, and throughput.
- Perform root cause analysis on process-related issues, utilizing advanced metrology and data analytics tools.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the department.
- Evaluate and qualify new etch equipment and chemistry to support technology roadmap requirements.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to bridge the gap between R&D and high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor process development, specifically in Dry Etch (Plasma Etch).
- Deep technical understanding of etch mechanisms, plasma physics, and surface chemistry.
- Proven track record of managing complex development projects in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in DOE (Design of Experiments) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Experience with high-aspect-ratio (HAR) etch processes and advanced memory technology (e.g., 3D NAND) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
