We are seeking an innovative and experienced Staff Engineer β Process Development, Photolithography, NAND to join our world-class team and drive the development of next-generation photolithography processes.
In this high-impact role, you will serve as a technical leader within the Photolithography Process Development group. You will be responsible for defining, characterizing, and optimizing lithography processes for the most advanced NAND nodes, working deeply with DUV and EUV technologies to push the boundaries of resolution and pattern fidelity. You will collaborate closely with global R&D teams to ensure seamless technology transfer from development into high-volume production, focusing on achieving world-class yield, performance, and cost efficiency. Your expertise will be critical in solving complex integration challenges and establishing robust process control methodologies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and optimization of advanced photolithography processes (DUV / EUV) for next-generation NAND memory nodes, ensuring alignment with technology roadmaps.
- Drive process characterization, qualification, and seamless transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
- Execute yield improvement initiatives by identifying and resolving complex process-related issues through systematic root-cause analysis and design of experiments (DOE).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Integration, Equipment, and Product Engineering teams to deliver robust integrated process solutions.
- Establish and maintain advanced process control systems (SPC, FDC, APC) to ensure world-class process stability and capability.
- Evaluate and qualify new materials, photoresists, and lithography equipment to enhance process performance and reduce cost of ownership.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and process innovation.
- Author technical documentation, specifications, and patents to protect intellectual property and share best practices globally.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor photolithography process engineering, with a strong preference for NAND or advanced memory technology experience.
- Deep knowledge of DUV (248nm / 193nm) and immersion lithography; direct experience with EUV lithography processing is a significant advantage.
- Solid understanding of resist chemistry, OPC (Optical Proximity Correction), RET (Resolution Enhancement Techniques), and mask technology.
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Prolith, Sentaurus Lithography) and statistical data analysis software (e.g., JMP, Python, MATLAB).
- Proven track record of successful technology transfer from development to HVM, along with a history of yield improvement and defect reduction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced semiconductor fab environment.
