We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Engineer β Process Development to lead advanced thin film deposition and diffusion processes. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise to develop, optimize, and scale cutting-edge process technologies that define the next generation of semiconductor performance. You will work in a dynamic environment at the forefront of manufacturing excellence, directly impacting the yield and reliability of our flagship NAND products.
As a key technical contributor, you will bridge the gap between laboratory research and high-volume manufacturing (HVM), ensuring that new process innovations are successfully transferred to production lines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including equipment engineering, device physics, and integration to solve complex process challenges and push the boundaries of what is possible in thin film technology.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) and Diffusion processes for advanced NAND Flash memory devices.
- Drive process innovation initiatives to improve device performance, reliability, and manufacturing yield.
- Analyze process data, identify root causes of yield loss, and implement corrective actions using statistical process control (SPC) and DOE methodologies.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors to specify, qualify, and improve thin film deposition tools for high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Develop and document robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process control plans for new product introductions (NPI) and process transfers.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, Six Sigma) to enhance process efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
Kualifikasi
- Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor process engineering, specifically in CVD, Diffusion, or Thin Film technologies.
- Deep understanding of thin film deposition mechanisms, process integration, and defect physics in NAND Flash manufacturing.
- Strong experience with process characterization, equipment troubleshooting, and yield enhancement strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Proven track record of leading process development projects from concept to high-volume manufacturing transfer.
