Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Materials Engineering or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years semiconductor process development experience with wet processes
- Expertise in NAND wet chemistry (etching, cleaning, deposition)
- Proven track record of scaling processes to high-volume manufacturing
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience leading cross-functional technical projects
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and SPC
