- Lead end-to-end semiconductor process integration for advanced technology nodes
- Develop and optimize process flows to enhance yield, performance, and cost efficiency
- Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using statistical process control methods
- Define and implement process solutions for new product development
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Stay current with semiconductor industry trends and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years of semiconductor process integration experience
- Expertise in CMOS technology, device physics, and statistical analysis
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor technical teams
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and process control
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., SEMI, JEDEC)
