Join SilTerra's cutting-edge semiconductor team as a Staff Engineer/Section Head in Etch Technology. This pivotal leadership role demands a seasoned Principal Engineer to drive innovation and excellence in semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will spearhead technical initiatives, mentor cross-functional teams, and ensure operational excellence in our state-of-the-art Kulim facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Etch engineering section, establishing technical direction and process roadmaps
- Develop, implement, and optimize etch processes for advanced semiconductor devices
- Mentor and develop engineering talent through knowledge sharing and skill-building initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical challenges
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in etch technology
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and process control requirements
- Represent Etch department in cross-functional projects and strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with 5+ years in etch processes
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and technical projects
- Expert knowledge of etch technologies (dry/wet etch, plasma processes, equipment)
- Strong problem-solving skills with Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing certification
- Experience with process characterization, DOE, and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to stakeholders
