Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end development of semiconductor solutions for power systems and IoT applications
- Architect robust system designs meeting stringent performance, efficiency, and reliability standards
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between hardware, software, and validation teams
- Mentor engineers and establish best practices in technology development lifecycle
- Identify emerging market trends and translate them into technical roadmaps
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, ISO) and regulatory requirements
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and manufacturability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of semiconductor technology development experience
- Expertise in power electronics, embedded systems, or IoT architectures
- Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects from concept to production
- Strong proficiency in EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys) and simulation methodologies
- Experience with automotive (AEC-Q100) or industrial quality standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with system-level thinking
