We are seeking an experienced and motivated Staff Engineer, Test Engineering to lead the validation and optimization of our semiconductor test processes at our state-of-the-art facility in General Trias City, Cavite.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies for new semiconductor products, from concept to production.
- Design, validate, and optimize test hardware (load boards, probe cards, interfaces) and software (test programs, scripts).
- Perform detailed device characterization, correlation, and yield analysis to ensure product performance and quality targets.
- Drive test time reduction and cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high test coverage.
- Collaborate with design, product, and process engineering teams to resolve test-related issues and improve overall product testability.
- Analyze test data using statistical methods and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and best practices knowledge.
- Stay current with semiconductor test technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or staff role.
- Strong knowledge of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms such as Teradyne (e.g., J750, UltraFlex) or Advantest (V93K).
- Proficiency in test program development using programming languages like C, C++, Python, or LabVIEW.
- Solid understanding of digital, mixed-signal, and RF test principles.
- Experience with statistical data analysis tools (JMP, DataPower, Excel) and design of experiments (DOE).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
