Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily preventive maintenance checks across all property facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Carry out routine repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain logs for all repairs and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized technical repairs when necessary.
- Monitor utility consumption and assist in identifying energy-saving opportunities.
- Ensure that all workshop equipment and tools are kept in excellent, safe working condition.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or engineering, preferably within the hospitality or resort industry.
- Technical/Vocational school degree (SMK) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical troubleshooting, plumbing repairs, and basic HVAC maintenance.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and blueprints.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
