Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all industrial machinery and facility assets.
- Perform complex troubleshooting to diagnose mechanical, electrical, or system failures and implement effective, long-term repairs.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics to identify potential risks before they lead to operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline technical workflows and improve equipment efficiency.
- Maintain detailed logs and technical documentation for all maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure full compliance with industrial health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols at all times.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or facility upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an engineering or maintenance role within a manufacturing or facility setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Proficiency in using standard engineering tools, diagnostic equipment, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide emergency support as required by operational needs.
