Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative and stylish automotive body designs (karoseri) that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements
- Create detailed technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software for manufacturing implementation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are structurally sound and meet safety standards
- Research and incorporate new materials, technologies, and design methodologies into automotive solutions
- Work with production teams to ensure designs can be efficiently manufactured within budget constraints
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor designs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior position
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar)
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively within technical constraints
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative automotive design projects and solutions
