Are you a skilled Electrical Engineer with a passion for industrial maintenance and operational excellence? Woodone Integra Indonesia is currently seeking a dedicated Staff Engineering (Electrical) to join our high-performing team in Krian, Jawa Timur.
In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our utility and production maintenance operations. We are looking for a proactive professional who can ensure that our machinery and electrical infrastructure run at peak efficiency, minimizing downtime and optimizing production outputs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement preventative maintenance strategies and troubleshoot complex electrical issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for electrical systems and production utilities.
- Conduct immediate troubleshooting and repair of electrical components, PLCs, and power distribution systems to minimize production downtime.
- Manage electrical installations and upgrades in accordance with industrial safety standards and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to analyze equipment failure data and implement long-term technical improvements.
- Monitor and optimize electrical energy consumption to support cost-efficiency and sustainability goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services and spare parts procurement.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain accurate maintenance documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting electrical circuits, control panels, and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
- Deep understanding of industrial safety protocols, including LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) and electrical grounding systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative team structure.
- Willingness to be based in Krian, Jawa Timur, and work flexible shifts as required by operational needs.
