Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for commercial and residential projects.
- Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within project blueprints.
- Perform comprehensive load calculations, schematic designs, and equipment selection based on project requirements.
- Oversee on-site installations to ensure adherence to safety standards, engineering specifications, and local building codes.
- Prepare accurate project budgets, material take-offs, and technical documentation for client review.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges during the construction phase and provide innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and supervise subcontractors to maintain high-quality construction standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in MEP design and engineering for construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP design software (BIM proficiency is highly desirable).
- Deep understanding of SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) and relevant international building codes.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead on-site coordination meetings.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic professional proficiency in English.
