PT DKV Printing Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Export Import (EXIM) to join our team in Kendal. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage all export and import shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
- Monitor shipment status, track cargo movements, and proactively resolve any logistical issues or delays to prevent supply chain bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trade transactions, inventory movements, and shipping schedules.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, export laws, and international trade standards.
- Liaise with international clients to provide shipment updates and answer inquiries regarding delivery timelines.
- Analyze shipping costs and negotiate rates with carriers to optimize the company's logistics budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Export Import (EXIM), shipping, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, shipping terms, and Indonesian customs procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
