Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of semiconductor fabrication processes
- Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process integration, equipment engineering, and product development
- Design and execute process characterization and qualification experiments
- Maintain and improve process control parameters to ensure yield and product quality
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices for knowledge transfer
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on process-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication process engineering
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical process control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with process simulation and modeling tools is a plus
