In this critical role, you'll ensure the seamless operation of our commercial properties by overseeing mechanical and electrical systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Conduct daily inspections of mechanical/equipment to ensure operational compliance
- Generate comprehensive maintenance reports and performance checklists
- Coordinate with contractors for equipment repairs and system upgrades
- Implement energy conservation initiatives to reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards
- Manage emergency response protocols for facility disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in commercial facility management
- Certification in HVAC systems or facility maintenance preferred
- Proficiency in building automation systems (BAS)
- Strong technical documentation and reporting skills
- Experience with Indonesian safety regulations (SNI)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
