Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure timely submission of month-end closing documents.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and company cash flows.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure financial policies are strictly followed.
- Maintain systematic filing of invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
- Support tax reporting processes and ensure compliance with local fiscal regulations.
- Proactively identify financial discrepancies and suggest solutions for process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and organizational discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
