Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Coordinate accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Assist in budget preparation and expense control implementation
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Maintain financial databases and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- S1/D3 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year finance/accounting experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Ability to perform under pressure with strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Disciplined work ethic and high integrity standards
- Basic understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
