Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in data entry.
- Monitor and analyze company cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Prepare, document, and present comprehensive financial reports on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable cycles.
- Support the annual audit process and maintain organized financial documentation.
- Identify potential financial discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly reporting deadlines.
- Strong integrity, honesty, and professional ethics.
