Mekar Armada Jaya (New Armada) is a leading automotive manufacturing company in Indonesia. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Finance to join our dynamic team in Magelang. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by managing day-to-day financial data, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the finance department in optimizing fiscal processes.
As a Staff Finance, you will work closely with various departments to track expenditures, manage account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with company financial policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily financial transactions and ledger entries with high precision.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports for management review.
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations to ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and monitoring of departmental spending.
- Coordinate with tax and audit teams to ensure full compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
- Maintain systematic documentation of financial invoices, vouchers, and supporting receipts.
- Support the finance manager in streamlining internal financial processes and improving operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical thinking and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
- Strong integrity, ethics, and professional communication skills.
