Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reports and bank statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Assist in the preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and tax documentation (PPh, PPN).
- Maintain organized and secure financial records and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify financial data and address discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar systems) is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations and financial reporting standards.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
