MAS Holdings, a global leader in apparel and textile manufacturing, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Finance to join our expanding team in Kendal, Central Java. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our financial operations, ensuring the precision and efficiency of our accounting workflows while supporting data-driven decision-making processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly balance sheets and income statements.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and verify transaction records to ensure absolute accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the budgeting and forecasting activities for the operational unit.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and filing systems for all financial audit trails.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven work experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and data integrity.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict reporting deadlines.
