Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and accounting operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
- Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Monitor cash flow and implement working capital optimization
- Conduct variance analysis and financial performance reporting
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes
- Support budget preparation and forecasting activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN)
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Certification (Akuntan Publik, Brevet A/B) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
