SPS Corporate is a rapidly growing enterprise currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Finance to join our professional team in Ngoro, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. We are looking for a proactive professional who excels in budget management and navigating the complexities of international financial transactions.
As a Staff Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing daily financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline fiscal processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the analytical mindset necessary to drive organizational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and maintain departmental budgets to ensure alignment with company fiscal goals.
- Manage foreign currency transactions, including monitoring exchange rates and executing currency conversions.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Collaborate with internal auditors to ensure compliance with company financial policies and tax regulations.
- Analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights to management to improve cost-efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25 (out of 4.00) is strictly required.
- Proven experience in budget management and financial planning.
- Strong understanding of handling foreign currency and international financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
