In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our business operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the management team in daily financial decision-making processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform timely bank and account reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Monitor and track retail business expenses against allocated budgets.
- Support the finance department in preparing for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure correct documentation for all financial outflows.
- Process tax obligations and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Maintain well-organized digital and physical financial filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the retail industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
