Tanggung Jawab
- Managing and executing daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with company policies.
- Conducting periodic reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Monitoring cash flow and managing petty cash operations efficiently.
- Coordinating with tax consultants for timely tax filings and regulatory compliance (PPh, PPN).
- Assisting in the annual budgeting process and variance analysis.
- Maintaining updated documentation and physical records of all financial transactions.
- Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary financial reports and supporting documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a plus).
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
