Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure all tax reporting and payments (PPh, PPN) are compliant with local government regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain budget controls and expense management.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation and physical/digital filing systems.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes to ensure operational transparency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21/23/25, PPN).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
