Morula IVF, a leading name in fertility healthcare, is currently seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Staff Finance & Accounting to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our clinic by ensuring accurate reporting, timely reconciliations, and strict adherence to fiscal policies.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in general ledger management, tax compliance, and financial closing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily journal entries and posting financial transactions accurately into the accounting system.
- Performing month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently to meet reporting deadlines.
- Conducting routine bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate smooth financial audits.
- Preparing and managing tax documentation, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations.
- Generating regular financial statements and management reports for stakeholders.
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and integrity in handling confidential financial information.
