Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and reconciliation.
- Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and company internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and prepare supporting schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial inquiries efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar Staff Finance or Accounting role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Sound understanding of Indonesian Financial Reporting Standards (PSAK).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
