Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Process monthly payroll and handle tax-related documentation (PPh 21, etc.).
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card reports to ensure accuracy.
- Support the management team with budget tracking and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with standard accounting practices and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar systems).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
