Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow monitoring is up to date.
- Handle tax documentation, including PPh 21, 23, and VAT (PPN) reporting.
- Monitor company expenses and ensure adherence to the established budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline invoicing and payment processing.
- Maintain and organize systematic financial documentation and physical/digital archives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict financial closing deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
