Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to maintain precise cash flow visibility.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with tax authorities and external auditors to ensure full statutory compliance.
- Manage petty cash and oversee operational expenditure documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring cost variances within logistics departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role (Logistics industry experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial data.
