Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with standard accounting practices.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings (PPh 21, 23, 25/29, PPN) and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and internal controls.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation and digital records for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
