Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage daily financial transactions and accounting entries.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliation and maintain general ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Coordinate with tax consultants for corporate tax compliance and reporting.
- Support the finance team in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure all financial documents are filed and archived according to company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and tax regulations.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional attitude.
