Indraco is currently seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Staff Finance, Accounting, and Tax to join our growing team in Driyorejo, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, managing tax compliance, and providing support for general accounting functions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Verifying the completeness and validity of supporting documents for all accounting entries.
- Monitoring and auditing daily financial transactions input into the ERP or accounting system.
- Preparing periodic financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT/PPN).
- Reconciling bank accounts and ensuring proper documentation for internal and external audits.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Staying updated on current Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, tax, or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Experience using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly reporting deadlines.
- Discipline, integrity, and strong communication skills.
