Tanggung Jawab
- Record and manage all company financial transactions with precision
- Monitor, control, and optimize Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) cycles
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B) is advantageous
