Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify transaction records for precision.
- Handle tax documentation and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Communicate effectively with Hokkien-speaking partners and clients to resolve billing or payment inquiries.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting processes.
- Maintain well-organized financial filing systems for audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Mandatory: Proficient in speaking and understanding Hokkien.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a logistics environment.
