Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and verify daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Handle tax documentation, including withholding tax (PPh 21/23/25) and VAT (PPN) reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial records and support data entry tasks in the ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar financial or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiar with accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic records and strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
