Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements, petty cash, and general ledgers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track operational expenses and ensure budget compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems for audit readiness.
- Handle tax documentation and support the preparation of monthly tax filings (PPh, PPN).
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely settlements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables, vlookup).
- Familiarity with accounting software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Domiciled in or willing to work in Medan Kota, Sumatera Utara.
