Haojie Makmur Abadi is seeking a highly motivated Staff Finance - E-Commerce to join our growing team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the financial health of our digital business operations, ensuring that all marketplace transactions are tracked accurately and reflected in our financial reports.
We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of online retail, from payment gateway reconciliations to platform-specific fee structures. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between sales activity and accounting accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile daily marketplace transactions from various E-Commerce platforms.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including sales performance and profitability analysis for digital channels.
- Process and verify payment settlements, commission deductions, and promotional expenses.
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve discrepancies in orders, returns, and refund tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard accounting procedures.
- Maintain systematic documentation of all financial invoices, receipts, and digital transaction logs.
- Assist in the month-end closing process for E-Commerce accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in E-Commerce or Retail.
- Deep understanding of marketplace ecosystems (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Proficient in using Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel (Advanced: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle high-volume transaction data.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of working with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
