Bambu Delapan Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Staff Finance & Payroll to join our dynamic finance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial health through precise tax calculations, comprehensive financial reporting, and payroll processing. You will prepare essential financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic financial planning while maintaining accuracy in all financial operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate, prepare, and submit corporate tax reports to ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting decisions
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable for optimal cash flow management
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial examinations
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and payroll roles
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
