Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping in accordance with company policies.
- Analyze purchasing reports and reconcile them with financial data to monitor budget compliance.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to verify supplier invoices and ensure timely processing.
- Prepare periodic financial reports regarding purchasing expenditures and operational costs.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable activities related to raw material and operational procurement.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and tax documentations.
- Maintain internal control procedures to ensure efficiency and minimize financial risk in purchasing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Purchasing roles.
- Strong understanding of FMCG or Manufacturing business cycles.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate inter-departmental collaboration.
