Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling reservations and managing guest documentation.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing stationery supplies and lobby aesthetics.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests and staff.
  • Handle guest complaints or feedback constructively, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
