Tanggung Jawab
- Create original, marketable designs for t-shirt apparel collections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design concepts with brand vision
- Research and develop innovative design themes and visual concepts
- Prepare production-ready artwork including color separations and print specifications
- Manage design timelines and ensure project deadlines are met
- Adapt designs to different garment types and printing techniques
- Stay updated on current design trends and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Proven portfolio showcasing apparel/t-shirt design expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative ideation skills
- Experience with pre-press preparation for textile printing
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work independently while receiving feedback
