Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform detailed room inspections and quality control checks
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment and adhere to safety protocols
- Manage linen inventory and coordinate laundry operations
- Restock guest amenities and supplies efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering teams
- Follow established cleaning schedules and productivity standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience in hospitality sector
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques
- Physical stamina for extended standing, lifting, and bending
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Valid health and hygiene certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
